REFUND POLICY
Did we make a mistake? If there was an error packaging your order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item. We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.
Do you need to send the shirt back to us for a refund or exchange? It's easy! Please contact us through via email, and we will be happy to assist you in getting the wrong order back to us.
We offer three different return/exchange options:
- Refunds:Â Request a refund minus any applicable shipping costs.
- Exchange without New Purchase: You are welcome to send the item back and request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value than the item returned, please include a note with your personal email so we can send an invoice.
- Exchange with New Purchase: You are welcome to exchange by ordering a new item online and then send the item that is no longer wanted back for a refund minus shipping. For this option you will need to include a copy of the new Invoice Number with the return.

ABOUT OUR T-SHIRTS
We print on the softest tees around. The vast majority are 100% ringspun cotton, although we figured you wouldn't mind some super-soft heathered tri-blend here and there! They are tagged, bagged and ready for action! We print our larger sized tees (2XL-5XL) on heavier weight cotton due to demand.

BACK-ORDERED & DISCONTINUED ITEMS
We do our best to keep inventory in stock. Â All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.
REFUNDS & DISCOUNTS
Coupon codes can be applied during the first step of checkout, where you can see thumbnails of your item in your cart. Please note that we do not allow coupon code stacking; orders found with stacked coupons may be voided

We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
MISSING PACKAGE? WE CAN HELP!
If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. We send us an email with your name and order number. We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.
BORING DETAILS
Risk of Loss:Â The title of all goods transfers to the buyer at the point of destination.
Disputes:Â Any dispute relating in any way to your visit and purchases at our parent site or other auxiliary websites shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Rochester, New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for refund or exchange for up to 60 days after the order date. To be eligible, your item must be unworn and in the same condition (i.e., brand new) in which you received it. For free returns and exchanges (within U.S. only), please follow these steps:
- Email us at help@localvyntage.com for a return shipping label; Please include your order number in your email; We will reply within 2-3 business days to confirm the return or exchange. We will also send you a separate email with instructions and a return shipping label (attached) for you to print. If you would like to exchange your product with another product at the same or lower price, let us know which item you would like in exchange; Please include the product type (e.g., t-shirt), name, color and size
- Put the item(s) you are returning back in the original packaging (square box); If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a similar size box or bubble mailer
- Tape the box closed, and tape the return shipping label to the box
- Mail back the box at any U.S. Post Office (United States Postal Service a.k.a. USPS)
If you want to take advantage of our free shipping for returns and exchanges, you need to use a return shipping label provided to you by Local Vyntage via email (see steps above); If you'd prefer to address your own package and pay for your own return shipping (you will not be reimbursed), you may send your item back to: (make sure to include your order number)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note: your original shipping fee, whether it be our flat rate option ($6.00) or any other shipping option chosen at check-out, will not be refunded unless we choose to (at our discretion in select circumstances).
At this time, we cannot accept returns for exchange or refund from outside the United States.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again. Please keep in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after at least a few more business days (and checking your payment account again) you still don't see your refund, you should call your method of payment (e.g.,m credit card, bank, PayPal, Amazon Pay). There is often some processing time before a refunds are posted, especially if you used an eCheck (via PayPal). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@localvyntage.com.
GIFTSÂ
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as the recipient (i.e., you did not make the original purchase), you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can send a refund to the gift giver.
